Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre celebrates Bonalu with a special brunch on the 17th & 24th of July

Hyderabad 18th July: Bonalu Festival is one of the most popular festivals around, celebrating Mahakali, the Hindu goddess of time and death, but more eminently, it is a festival about the feast, with food plays performed as an honor to the goddess. To admire and adore this sprightly Bonalu Festival Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre is commemorated with a Special Brunch on 17th and 24th July 2022. The festival is majorly celebrated in Hyderabad and Secunderabad, and NHCC will celebrate it as part of its tradition. Marigold décor and lively traditional attire for staff as well as a special potharaju performance handed down from generation to generation.

In celebration of the Bonalu Festival, we intend to showcase the luscious flavors of Hyderabad and Telangana cuisine in traditional clay pots, which start from Prasadam counters like Panakam, Bellam Annam, Pulihora, and Burelu, there will also be Chicken Kaleji Fry, Telangana Kodi Roast, Tawa fish, Mamsam Dum Briyani, and Chepala Pulusu, followed by delicious desserts like Nuvvula Laddu, Sabudanapayasam, Bobbatlu, and many more mouth-watering dishes. Apart from traditional cuisine, we have added Asian, Indian, Western, Dosa, Jonna Roti live stations, and a unique Egg Station with a wide variety of selections along with chat counters.

According to Mr. Manish Dayya, General Manager, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, "We all know Bonalu as the 'feast day of Telangana, and Bonalu is celebrated all over the Telangana with joy and happiness, especially by Hyderabadians.   Budget Reaction from  Mr. Anand Kr. Maloo, President- F&A, M.S. Agarwal Foundries "I commend Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on today's budget, which prioritizes the steel industry's growth with increased allocations, enhancing its competitiveness and driving economic growth. The removal of the 2.5% basic customs duty on the import of ferronickel for stainless steel and specialty alloys is a significant and positive step. Increased spending on infrastructure, affordable housing, and internship opportunities fosters innovation and entrepreneurship. The abolition of the Angel Tax and the increased Mudra loan limit to 20 lakhs will support small businesses. While the rise in LTCG could have been avoided, the budget demonstrates a commitment to building a resilient steel sector and driving economic growth. Overall, the budget is a forward-looking and growth-oriented initiative that will benefit India's economy."
